“Many people don’t know if they should choose meal replacement shakes or so-called fat-burning beverages to facilitate their weight loss efforts. Both come with their pros and cons. What I did notice however is that meal replacement shakes are rarely a good option in the long-run, as people almost always revert back to their old eating habits once they get tired of drinking calorie-dense chocolate shakes,”
